Sportsbet is a fun and modern place to work. However the career website was the opposite to that. To rectify this, I was engaged as the project design lead and steered the direction of the redesign. The information architecture was reviewed and restructured to make it simpler and more logical. The main challenge was a technical one - the link with the third party supplier, Pageup. These were eventually overcome and the process went smoothly in the end. The final result is a complete redesigned responsive site, which Sportsbet proudly call their career hub.
